Secret confession time.  I designed this whole series so that I could make this idea.  I LOVE vintage glass fruit.  It's so fun and whimsy.  And we all know how I love my dark whimsy.  I couldn't decide if I wanted a sugar or spice version, so I did both.  I have 6 of these incredible glass strawberries.  So if you are so inclined, I can offer these as made-to-order.  Or I can do a Demi-fey style with a left and right Fairy.  Please keep in mind I price my pieces by dime weight of silver used.  So the more silver, the higher the price.

I really love these Strawberry pieces.  The way the Fairy is perched atop the berry and her butterfly/Bat wings is just perfection.  I drew inspiration for the Fairytale Collection from a wide variety of Fairy or Fey books.  Fey, Seelie, Unseelie, Slough, and Fairies are my favorite topics.  I love how each author worldbuilds and creates their nuanced being.  I especially love the miniature winged fairies.  

I loved whimsical items, but I had to put my twist on things.  

I hope you love this collection as much as I do.  I am a bit nervous that my inner geekiness is showing, and I hope there are enough fellow Fairy lovers out there.  

I created this unique design with a mix of techniques: lost wax casting and hand fabrication.  

Measurements:  1 3/4" tall by 1 1/8" wide.  The chain will attach to the loops soldered onto the sides and will not be removable like a pendant. In the interest of time and ease of photographing, I like to add chains later.  The pics look less messy without a bunch of chains in the way. 

Keep in mind that since I add the chain after you order, I am happy to add a Sterling chain in your choice of lengths up to 22" with a 4" extender.  Please let me know your preferred length.  I will ask prior to shipping if I do not see it mentioned.
