Warranty Info
All items come with a two-year warranty and only covers craftsmanship. Missing stone(s), damage due by dropping, or rough handling may require a modest fee. Please feel free to message me about the nature of your repairs, so we may discuss options. Thank you for understanding that the warranty is only provided for full or regularly priced items bought directly from BellaLili. Please keep in mind that during peek busy seasons, repairs will take longer and I am not able to accept repairs during the Christmas season.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We are happy to omit the invoice from packages except for international orders due to customs of course. This way it is more convenient for gift giving and a bit more Eco-conscious. So it is all ready for gift giving. I am happy to ship it directly to the recipient if you change the shipping address, and add a gift note when checking out. Or send me a message with your gift note.
Gift Cards
We are excited to offer virtual gift cards for this holiday season and beyond. If you need a custom amount please feel free to contact us. Gift Cards must be used within 12 months of purchase date and the items purchased are subjected to the same restocking policy as items purchased otherwise. Items purchased are not eligible for a cash refund, only store credit.
Care instructions
Purchases over $50 will come with a complimentary polishing cloth. Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners. Liquid cleaning solutions will harm the stones, cause the patina to become uneven and void the warranty. Also, jewelry by nature is delicate, its best to avoid prolonged exposure to water or complete submersion. It can affect the patina and finish.
Reserves, Holds and Installment Payments Plans
To be fair, items are 1st come 1st serve. Thank you for understanding that I cannot accept, holds, reserves or pre-sales. I love all my customers and want to be as fair as possible. I am always working and creating! I do often ask for requests on what you would like to see. Sometimes I will mark sold out items as "*Restock" that means I am working on more. The highly requested ones will be given priority.
Sales are pretty rare. But when we have them, it is a great way to treat yourself and snag something at a discounted price. Typically we try to keep our prices as reasonable as possible.
Please shop any sale or discounted items (including those purchased with a coupon) carefully. Anything not full price is considered a final sale and not eligible for sizing, warranty or returns. Sale items ship typically do not ship with gifts or little extras. Item prices are calculated by weight, when pendants are marked as a sale, I weight them without a chain, for the lowest possible price. Which means sale items do not include a chain. They are available if you would like to purchase one.
Rates from 0% APR or 10-36% APR. Payment options through Shop Pay Installments are subject to an eligibility check and are provided by these lending partners: affirm.com/lenders. Options depend on your purchase amount, and a down payment may be required. State notices to consumers affirm.com/licenses.

Domestic Shipping
All items ship include the price of 1st class usps shipping without insurance. However, you have the option during checkout to upgrade shipping and/or add insurance to safeguard your package. Typically free shipping is just fine, but if you know that historically you have some delivery troubles, it is a good idea to upgrade your shipping with insurance or even signature confirmation. Just go to be 100% sure you receive your item. If you choose not to do so, you do so at your own risk. Orders over $400 with shipping insurance by default require signature confirmation, per the USPS. Once I ship your item, www.usps.com is the best place to track and inquire about missing packages. Typically they ask you questions, as the receiver, that only you can answer. Also according to USPS, the handheld device that scans a package for delivery is equipped with GPS, so they can see the exact house it was delivered to. Always happy to assist in any way. FYI UPS ground and USPS priority mail are typically the same price.
International Shipping
We offer a few options for shipping. VAT/duties vary for each country. Of which I have no control over, and do not receive any money from. Unfortunately, International shipping can be both expensive or unreliable for the less expensive options. I want you to get your item promptly, and as cost-effective as possible. Some International customers do perfectly ok with 1st class, others have trouble with DHL or even EMS. Most of those hiccups are caused by the receiving Country's customs department. Which can usually be cleared up by a phone call or inquiry email to your countries customs office with your tracking number and invoice info. Packages are always be declared at their full value. Marking them as lesser results is illegal. As well as if results in insurance claims being denied and or extra scrutiny during customs. Please be aware that your country may charge import, duties or VAT fees. Of which I have no control over, those monies are charged and kept by the country you are shipping too. If you choose not to pay for a shipping option that does not offer insurance, shop at your own risk.
Installment or Layaway
There are options for payment plans. Either with Paypal or ShopPay, which are offered at checkout. Details can be found if you select that payment option.
Cancellations, Returns or Refunds
I want you to LOVE whatever you buy from BellaLili™. However, you might find that something isn't quite what you wanted. And that's OK. Please email us with your request to return your item within 7 days of receipt. From there we will issue you a prepaid shipping label, just pack everything back up in the original packaging. Make sure it is in the mail before the 7-day deadline. Once we received the item(s), we will look it over, and process your refund (in the original form of payment) minus a 20% restocking fee. Cancellations before the order being shipped are subject to the same 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is due to the percentage of every order that is automatically donated to charity, in addition to the cost of return postage.
