Refund policy

I gladly accept any new unworn items, if postmarked within 7 days of receipt. Simply send me a message so I can generate a prepaid return shipping label (which is included in the restocking fee). Sale items, modified items such as Rings sized to order or "made to order" items are considered custom orders and not eligible for return.
