Warranty Info

All items come with a 2 warranty. The warranty only covers craftsmanship.  Missing stone(s), damage due by dropping, or rough handling may require a modest fee. Please feel free to message me about the nature of your repairs, so we may discuss options. Thank you for understanding that the warranty is only provided for full or regularly priced items bought directly from BellaLili.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All orders ship with a pack slip, prices ommited, wrapped in a box, tied with a bow. So it is all ready for gift giving.  I am happy to ship it directly to the recipient if you change the shipping address, and add a gift note when checking out. Or send me a message with your gift note.

Care instructions

All my creations need is a quick polish with a polishing cloth (I usually provide one of these in most orders). Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners. Liquid cleaning solutions will harm the stones, cause the patina to become uneven and void the warranty.  Also jewelry by nature is delicate, its best to avoid prolonged exposure to water or complete submersion.  It can effect the patina and finishes.

Reserves, Holds and Installment Payments Plans

In order to be fair, items are 1st come 1st serve. Thank you for understanding that I cannot accept, holds, reserves or pre-sales.  I love all my customers and really want to be fair as possible. I am always creating so if your hearts desire sells out.  Chances are that I will post something you love even more! I am working behind the scenes to offer more items. Thank you for your support. 

Sale items

Sales items (including those purchased with a coupon) are considered a final sale and not eligible for warranty or returns. So please shop sales carefully, thank you.

Shipping

When you check out there are options available to safeguard your package.  Typically free shipping is ok, but if you know that historically you have some delivery troubles, its a good idea to upgrade your shipping with insurance or signature confirmation to be 100% sure you receive your item.  If you choose not to do so, and something goes amiss, I cannot be held responsible.  Orders over $400 with shipping insurance will require signature confirmation (this is usps standard and I cannot waive the signature requirement).  Once I ship your item, www.usps.com is the best place to track and inquire about missing packages.  Typically they ask you questions, as the receiver, that only you can answer.  When I call, they usually tell me to have the receiver call.  Also according to USPS, the hand held device that scans a package for delivery, is equipped with GPS.  So they can see the exact house it was in fact delivered too.  There is only so much that I can do, after I drop a package off.  But I am always happy to assist in anyway. 

Installment or Layaway

this is currently on hold, while I check into automatic layaway payments like afterpay.

Returns or Refunds

I want you to LOVE whatever you buy from BellaLili™.  However you might find that something isn't quite what you wanted.  And that's OK.  Please feel free to pack it back up in its original packaging, and ship it back to the address on the box.  Make sure to send it back within 7 days of receipt.  Once we received the item(s), we will check it out, and process the refund minus a 20% restocking fee.  The restocking fee, helps to offset the cost of allowing returns, as well as a portion of every order is donated to charity, in addition to any initial postage costs.  Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for store credits or exchanges as this time.
