A brand new offering inspired by reading tea leaves otherwise known as Tasseography.
Each imagery is open to interpretation. What do you see in the leaves?
Each one of the pendants is one of a kind. I experimented with having them face up or down, and rather than deciding on one and melting the rest down, I decided to offer them up as one offs. I recycle and roll out all my own Silver for both the backplates and the bezels of most designs.
Materials: 100% Recycled Sterling Silver
Measurements: 1 3/8" long or 1" wide approx
Chains are sold separately. Grab yours here.
Look for the matching ring and earrings to complete your look.
A Ritual for Tasseography
-
Choose your tea—loose, unbound, and full of secrets.
-
Boil water with intention; pour it as a benediction.
-
As the leaves swirl, still your breath. Ask nothing. Ask everything.
-
Drink slowly, leaving the last sip untouched—this is the threshold.
-
Invert the cup upon the saucer. Let the remnants settle.
-
Turn the cup upright and gaze within.
Shapes will rise: a bird, a blade, a blooming rose.
Interpret not with the mind alone, but with memory, myth, and feeling. -
Close the rite with gratitude.
Not all messages speak clearly, but all are meant to be seen.
