This is an Art Nouveau laurel leaf ring band.  its sized at around an 9 but can easily be resized with once your ring is made.  The narrowest part of the ring is 2.5mm.  The opening is 18mm faceted back stone, all you need to do make the bezel and solder it onto the ring itself.
