One of a kind. I cannot recreate this once sold. Art Deco Sterling Garnet pendant
For the red glint at the edge of an evergreen wood, the last bright berry against stone.
A small round Mozambique garnet sits at the heart of this Caerwyn pendant, a deep cranberry light held inside a soft square shadowbox of sterling. I engraved the window pattern into steel, then rolled reclaimed silver through the mill to raise the design before sawing and shaping the pendant by hand. The stone rests in the dark interior and catches light like a drop of altar wine or a single berry left on the branch in midwinter.
A faint red glimmer, like a berry caught in evergreen shade.
Stone: 0.6ct garnet
Measurements: 1 1/8" tall by 5/8" wide, approx
Metal: 5.41g reclaimed sterling silver, rolled from my steel engraving and hand finished
