Some cups speak when you listen. These Tasseography pieces were inspired by tea leaf reading, the practice of divining stories from the shapes left behind. I designed each motif to echo a flattened spoon and the swirl of leaves. The interiors carry soft texture like floating tea, the exteriors keep a timeworn sheen. Oxidized, then hand polished, each one arrives with a gentle contrast that whispers of kitchens at midnight, warm steam, and the hush before a reveal.
This is a limited batch from the studio archive, released now for year end clearance. When they are gone, the kettle goes quiet.
Metal: 4.2g of hand crafted solid sterling silver
Measurements: approx 1 1/4" tall including the bail by 1/2" wide
Finish: oxidized and hand polished so the details and texture stand out
