The Amélie Opal Ring
There is a certain kind of light that does not sit still.
It gathers beneath glass, flickers when watched, and shifts like a secret seen through an old conservatory window. The Amélie Opal Ring was made for that sort of light.
Each ring features an 8mm cultured opal doublet, cut in-house at the BellaLili bench and topped with either smooth quartz or faceted CZ. The stones glow with soft flashes of color, each one slightly different, each one chosen for its strange little shimmer.
The silverwork is made from 100% reclaimed sterling silver, recycled in-house and shaped by hand. The patterned bands begin as original graphics designed by me, engraved into a tool with my laser, then pressed into sterling silver using my rolling mill. The bezels are a mix of gallery wire and patterned bezels made through the same process, paired with reclaimed sterling silver backplates.
